COVID-19: Nigeria records 712 positive cases, Lagos still tops

COVID-19 Testing

712 positive cases of COVID-19 were confirmed by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Friday December 25, 2020.

The results were announced by NCDC on their social media platforms.

This is lower than the 1041 positive cases recorded yesterday by the NCDC.

Lagos and the Federal Capital Territory still had the highest number of positive cases but FCT had 77 positive cases lower than yesterday’s 210 while Lagos had 388 positive cases, higher than 316 recorded the previous day.

This brings Nigeria’s total figure to 82, 747 confirmed cases with 70, 239 discharged and 1246 deaths.
